The aim of this period is to build your aerobic capacity and strength, and to condition your body in preparation for the bulk of marathon training.
The Let's Run Coaching Marathon Foundation Programme is a six-week programme that gradually builds your running, alongside your strength, so you’ll be fit and firing to begin marathon training.

Whichever option you choose, we’ll start with a chat by phone or email (or in person) to find out a bit more about where you're currently at with your running, along with your marathon goal(s), running experience, health and your available time to commit to running. This will help us see where you are now and how best to get you ready for the start of marathon training.
We'll then work on a Bespoke Training Programme for you based around your other commitments. If you've booked one-to-one sessions, we'll also work out a good time to meet for the first session.
Please note that Terms apply (nothing scary!) to all Let's Run Coaching.
