Get tailored support for your running in a session personalised to you.
Depending on your goals, we can cover areas including:
- Improving speed
- Recovery and returning to running after injury
- Introducing you to running
- Building endurance and stamina
- Developing efficient running form
- Consultation – for example goal-setting, training, or injury prevention.
Or you may simply want motivation and encouragement for one of your training runs, or help developing the ‘running habit’.
Above all, each session is friendly and achievable.
If you have injury experience or are returning to running after injury, we can work in collaboration with sports therapists or physiotherapists to give you a holistic approach to your running, health and fitness.
You may wish to combine one-to-one sessions with Let’s Run’s Online Coaching, to give you a bespoke training plan and 360° guidance outside of our sessions.

We’ll find out a little more about where you’re at with your running, either via email or phone. This will involve a runner questionnaire to learn more about your goals. We’ll then agree a time and place for the first session.
Each session will be tailored to you and your goals. We’ll work together to get the most out of every session, while keeping it friendly, fun and achievable. We’ll adapt as we go, always working to get the best for you.
Please note that Terms apply (nothing scary!) to all Let’s Run Coaching.
We’ll meet at your preferred location for the session (see below). There’s no contract or tie-in. We’ll simply take the first step towards your improved running!

- £45 per hour, or £35 off peak (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
- Sign up for four sessions, peak or off peak, for £140
- Sign up for eight sessions, peak or off peak, for £260.
Sessions are primarily based in east London – Victoria Park, the Olympic Park, Hackney Marshes, and surrounding areas. If you live elsewhere and want to enquire about what’s possible, please send a message below.
