One-to-One Coaching

Face-to-face personal training sessions with an expert, friendly Running Coach.

Get tailored support for your running in a session personalised to you.

Depending on your goals, we can cover areas including:

- Improving speed

- Recovery and returning to running after injury

- Introducing you to running

- Building endurance and stamina

- Pacing

- Developing efficient running form

- Consultation – for example goal-setting, training, or injury prevention.

Or you may simply want motivation and encouragement for one of your training runs, or help developing the ‘running habit’.

Above all, each session is friendly and achievable.

If you have injury experience or are returning to running after injury, we can work in collaboration with sports therapists or physiotherapists to give you a holistic approach to your running, health and fitness.

You may wish to combine one-to-one sessions with Let’s Run’s Online Coaching, to give you a bespoke training plan and 360° guidance outside of our sessions.

Please note: sessions are currently London only.

“Training was a complete success. I wanted to do a half marathon in under two hours and I exceeded my goal. Ben really helped me think about how to gauge my levels of tiredness and when to push it and tactics to increase my overall pace.” – Sophie
