You’ll have a training plan that works for you, with no more uncertainty and no more thinking “what training should I do today?”

You’ll get new insight into your training, with jargon-free explanations of different training types. In addition, the strength training routine will help you develop resilience to injury and to better understand your body, supporting your running and all-round fitness.

The first step is a chat – by email or phone – to find out more about your goals. You’ll get sent a runner questionnaire to provide info on your experience, health, and schedule. This will help to ensure your Online Coaching is tailored in the best way possible to where you are now and where you want to get to.

We’ll then use this information to begin to develop your bespoke training plan. The training plan is updated each fortnight (or month, if you prefer), based on your progress and feedback. We’ll keep in touch to ensure you’re training smartly and, most importantly, enjoying your running.

If you have any questions or concerns at any point, get in touch. Part of Online Coaching is support whenever you need it. You can send an email or arrange a call to talk through any questions, or just to say you’ve had a great training session! Two-way feedback is really important to help keep the Online Coaching tailored to you and to ensure you’re progressing in the best way possible.

Please note that Terms apply (nothing scary!) to all Let’s Run Coaching.


The Let’s Run complete Online Coaching package is £45 per month – including all of the above. You’ll get 10% off when prepaying for 3 months or more.

One-to-One Sessions

A popular option is to combine Online Coaching with occasional face-to-face sessions. These can help build your form, speed, motivation, strength, as well as simply offering reassurance. Check out the One-to-One Coaching page for more info. Please note, sessions are currently available in East London only.
